We hold an extensive range of materials to suit many applications. All materials are tested to suit any relevant application including print tests and environmental testing.

Our materials are numbered using a PM prefix followed by 3 digits. All rolls carry this information unless customers prefer to use there own internal part numbers. Our current range of numbers go from PM101 to PM515. Many numbers in between have now been dis-continued as we have improved our range. Most used or asked for materials are as listed below :

Our tooling list has over 1000 cutters to suit many sizes of label from 6mm x 6mm to 220mm x 220mm. If you have a special requirement please contact us. We will match the size and material to suit your specific application.

Within our speciality list of cutters we have certain sizes that have been designed to fit onto surface mount components and provide an exact fit to ensure accurate positioning when used with automated placement machines. All formats of labels have been designed to fit around standard Thermal Transfer Printers.

Materials in our range have been designed to conform to both UL and CSA approvals. Please specify if you require this when making any enquiries.

We provide a complete range of thermal transfer printing ribbons that are matched to all the above label materials. The range includes the very latest in ribbon technology from the major manufacturers in all the standard sizes but can be supplied in custom sizes. We currently supply own brand or branded ribbons to order also. A range of coloured ribbons are available if required. We are currently stockists for :
